We’re proud to be evolving our service to offer Premium Homecare across Mid & West Cornwall. This upgraded service is designed around you having more time to care — with minimum 2-hour visits that allow for meaningful, unrushed support that is truly person-centred.
We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Homecare Assistants who are passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives — not just meeting their needs, but supporting their independence, preferences, and personal wellbeing.

£12.62/hr (weekday) | £12.82/hr (weekend) +50% pay increase on Bank Holidays
Paid travel time & 35p per mile

Your Role – What Person-Centred Care Looks Like
You’ll support our customers with:
Personal care, tailored to their comfort and routine
Medication support and encouragement
Shopping, meals, and light housework
Genuine companionship and emotional support
Social activities, hobbies, and outings
Most of all — being someone they can count on
Schedule & Location
Shifts: Daytime visits, a minimum of 2 hours per visit
Availability: Monday to Friday, with weekend flexibility
Location: Across Mid & West Cornwall
Contract: Part-Time or Full-Time options available
What You’ll Need
A full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable car
A warm, respectful, and person-centred approach to care
A passion for making lives better — and brighter
