We’re looking for a Hospital Manager with a passion for delivering high quality care to join our team at Cygnet Acer Clinic.
You will be working full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note this role does carry the responsibility of on-call duties as and when required in support of the Service.

Cygnet Acer Clinic
Cygnet Acer Clinic is our 28 bed Female acute and Personality Disorder care and treatment service for women. It is a safe and secure place to aid recovery.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, our Hospital Managers are responsible for providing strong and effective leadership to the onsite team in order to ensure the integrity of all functions within the service, to include; Clinical, Finance, HR, Recruitment and Support Services. You will be responsible for the overall day to day running and strategic direction of the service.
- To be compliant with CQC / regulatory requirements and to ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory and service development targets are met. You will also implement risk assessment, risk management and embed clinical and operational governance within the service.
