As Hospitality & Events Manager, you will lead the end to end delivery of bespoke guest experiences at Formula 1 races, bringing Williams F1 partnerships to life on the global stage. Working closely with Partners and Partner Managers, you will translate commercial objectives into seamless, premium programmes that reflect the precision and prestige of the Williams brand.
The role will be responsible for programme proposal, planning, execution, and on-site delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for partners while ensuring exceptional attention to detail, strong supplier management, and robust budget control.
As a Hospitality & Events Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of end-to-end guest management programmes for allocated races. This includes, but is not limited to:
Guest Programme Planning & Delivery
Travel, Accommodation & Logistics
Events, Dining & Activations
Supplier & Budget Management
On-Site Delivery
Team Management & Collaboration
