We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in London EC4A.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are on a rota basis, alternating between 7:00am - 3:30pm and 10:30am - 7:00pm.

As a Hospitality Assistant, you’ll be part of a friendly team of 7, helping to deliver an outstanding hospitality experience for up to 150 people a day. From buffet breakfasts to fine dining events, you’ll work across a wide variety of services, supporting both daily operations and special functions.

Your responsibilties will include:

• Supporting daily food service including buffet breakfasts (hot and cold), sandwiches, and bistro-style meals
• Assisting with the preparation and delivery of fine dining events and hospitality functions
• Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, fully set up, and restocked for events and business use
• Managing meeting room logistics and responding to guest and client inquiries professionally
• Maintaining cleanliness and high standards of hygiene at all times
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen, front-of-house, and wider site teams to ensure smooth service delivery

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Have experience working in a similar role and environment
• Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
• Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy
• Have excellent customer service and social skills
• Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff
• Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team of 7
• Be customer focused
• Have basic food knowledge
• Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
