🎭 The Role
- Primary focus: Bartending – delivering drinks service, wine knowledge, cocktail flair, and great chat.
- Also: Table Hosting – waiting tables with warmth, rhythm, and presence when needed.
- Flexibility is key. One shift you might be mixing Negronis, the next you’re guiding guests through a South African wine journey.
