Are you a driven sales professional who loves being out meeting clients, winning new business, and taking full ownership of your territory? We’re looking for a natural salesperson who is confident, persuasive, resilient and motivated by uncapped opportunity. If you thrive on winning new accounts and building relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality industry, this role is for you.

Your Mission at Elis

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating new business within the hospitality sector across an assigned North East territory.
  • Selling bed linen, table linen and spa ranges to independent hotels, small groups, and hospitality operators.
  • Delivering high-impact client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Building strong relationships with General Managers, Housekeeping Managers, and Buying teams.
  • Managing your own diary and CRM pipeline to maximise sales activity.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to convert opportunities and secure long-term contracts.
  • Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • What will make you stand out?

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality experience ideal but not essential).
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, able to win business independently.
    • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
    • Highly self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
    • Able to analyse performance metrics and shape local sales strategy.
    • Full UK driving licence (company car provided).
