Mission
About The Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales-driven, and service-oriented Hostess and
Membership Sales Representative to join our team during our showroom events. This
role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys client
interaction, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service and driving in-person
membership sales.
Your designated workdays will be from Wednesday to Saturday, with occasional
Guest Check-In
Tuesdays scheduled as needed.Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently scan and check-in guests at the entrance of the event venue.
- Greet each guest with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first
impression.
- Verify the identity of clients and ensure access is granted only to eligible
invitees.
- Maintain a smooth flow of guest entry, even during high-traffic periods.
Client Engagement & Membership Promotion
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or
concerns with professionalism and patience.
- Ensure guests have a positive experience by offering assistance and guidance
when needed.
- Confidently present and promote Arlettie’s memberships in person, explaining
benefits and helping guests complete their registration on-site.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high energy and enthusiasm throughout
the event.
Event Coordination
- Collaborate with the event team to coordinate the check-in process and manage
guest flow.
- Assist with crowd management, ensuring a safe and organised environment.
- Communicate any event-related updates or changes to guests as necessary.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Display a professional and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal
skills.
- Strong organisational skills to manage guest lists and coordinate check-in
processes efficiently.
- A friendly and customer-focused approach, ensuring guests feel welcome and
valued.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Dependable and punctual, able to commit to scheduled shifts.
- Proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
