exclusive private members lounge. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of guest experience, team leadership, and operational efficiency within our award-winning five-star hotel.
As F&B Duty Manager, you’ll be the senior presence on the floor during service, leading a talented team across multiple outlets. Your mission: ensure seamless service, operational excellence, and a world-class experience for every guest — from Michelin-level dining to sophisticated cocktails and discreet, personalised service in the members lounge.
