The Newmark Hotels and Extended Stay Valuation Team is one of the most respected in the UK and is renowned for delivering accurate and insightful valuation services as well as being the UK’s largest specialist in hotel property taxation. The team advises on over £20 billion of hotel assets annually, representing around 60% of corporate branded hotels in the UK and advising on 125 hotels in London alone.
