We are recruiting for a House Manager to join the Riverstone team.

Key responsibilities of the House Manager:
- Operational Systems, Processes and Practices - Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of operational systems and processes to ensure the residence runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards
- Workforce & Rota Planning - Take ownership of rota and workforce planning across the residence, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver a consistent and high-quality resident experience.
- Billing & Operational Administration Oversight - Oversee billing accuracy, financial administration, and reporting systems, ensuring smooth alignment between service delivery and operational controls.
- Operations & Facilities Integration - Lead day-to-day coordination with suppliers and facilities partners, ensuring their work consistently aligns with Riverstone's brand standards, operational needs, and compliance requirements.
- Health & Safety, Compliance & Risk Management - Uphold the safety, compliance, and regulatory performance of the residence through proactive oversight, risk identification, and rigorous standards monitoring.
- Team Enablement & Operational Readiness - Act as a senior operational leader across the residence, enabling frontline teams through structured onboarding, clear communication, and the tools the need to perform at their best.
The key knowledge and skills you need:
- Strong affinity with Riverstone's target resident, including a clear understanding of the needs of older adults and high net worth individuals
- Proven experience in managing the operational demands that support the consistent delivery of high-quality hospitality and lifestyle services in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and supervise high-performing teams across multiple service areas
- Effective collaborator with a track record of working positively with a wide range of colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
- Experienced in managing multi-service, multi-partner operational environments with competing priorities
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time, coordinate teams, and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure
- Analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and exercise sound judgement
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes independently and proactively
- Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on, practical approach to service delivery
- Confident in using digital systems (CRM, PMS, operational platforms) and in supporting others to use them effectively
- Strong understanding of operational compliance requirements, including health and safety, record-keeping, and audit readiness
- Skilled in writing, sharing, and reinforcing internal operational communications and updates
- Naturally curious and committed to continuous learning, service improvement, and operational innovation
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and positively at all levels

- Starting salary of up to £60,175 (gross) based on experience, plus performance-related bonus
