The ideal candidates would posses outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and providing a personalised service, contributing to an overall exceptional guest experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare guests' bedrooms for the evening
- Check all Public Areas and replenish stock if required
- Liaise with Concierge/Reception of any requests from guests
- Report any maintenance issues following the correct procedure
- Evening Work including weekends
- Willingness to work alone
- Reliable
- To be able to communicate to both guests and team members
- Honest and Trustworthy
