About The Role

This is a role which is instrumental in assisting in the development and implementation of the supported housing service.

You will have a real opportunity to make a difference to older people’s lives and empower people to remain in their own homes longer and prevent social isolation.

You will work closely with colleagues in a locally based team, providing support and assistance to older people, generally aged 50 upwards in the local area.

This will involve you in providing housing management and housing related support to customers in council tenure and to customers in private rented and owner occupier accommodation.

About You

Although you will work primarily within a geographic area as part of a team, you may be required to cover Courts in other teams, across the City.
