The Vacancy
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sulis Hospital’s HR team, as we expand our hospital, we require additional support as a HR Administrator, working alongside five other permanent members of the team. You will provide excellent administrative support across all areas of HR activity especially in recruitment and new starter administration. You will assist in the management of applicants, supporting through to offer, undertake pre-employment checks and create new starter profiles on our HR systems. You will also support training administration, update annual leave records and assist with the leaver process.
Ideally you will have previous experience of providing an efficient and effective HR or recruitment administration service within an extremely busy working environment with demanding deadlines. However we also welcome applications from candidates who are looking for their first role in HR and have previous general administration experience, as being part of the wider Support Services team there may be times when you will be required to support with administration duties throughout the hospital.
Our HR team works a hybrid model of part office and part home working. To begin with you will be office based but, as you gain experience, you will be able to work some of your time from home. Given this, whilst you will always receive regular support and guidance from your HR colleagues, you will be comfortably working autonomously, using your own initiative to prioritise and complete a variable and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy. Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00
