Kennedys is looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team based in London/Manchester, on a 12 month fixed term contract. The successful HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the Business Partnering team as well as supporting the Chief People Office and Head of HR.

Team
Kennedys HR team support the firm around the world with all people related matters.
The HR team is based in Chelmsford, Manchester and London for the UK, Dublin and Belfast for EMEA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia for APAC, Basking Ridge for US and Miami for LATAM. The areas of HR that we have responsibility for are Business Partnering, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Responsible Business (Social Impact and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) Policies and Operations, Reward and HR Systems.
You will be working in a fast-paced, demanding, and global environment as we strive to make a difference for our people, clients and communities where we work.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the centralised HR Admin inbox, answering and triaging queries from around the business
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partnering team, Head of HR and CPO
- Produce documentation in relation to leavers, maternity, secondments, flexible working, changes to terms and conditions of employment and other HR related documentation from time to time
- Creating documentation packs and presentations for the CPO and Head of HR
- Managing the HR credit card statements and processing receipts, working with finance.
Required Experience
- HR experience in a professional services environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under high pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good level of IT literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work as speed and balance a wide range of activities at any one time and at short notice.
