- Previous experience at HR Advisor level (or similar), with confidence handling a range of topics including manager and employee facing scenarios.
- A solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and employment legislation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- A practical, proactive and organised approach with great attention to detail and confidentiality
- Confidence using MS Office and HR systems
- CIPD Level 3 /5 (or working towards) would be an advantage
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment is beneficial, but not essential
