HR Advisor, Partner Affairs - The role:
- Act as a key advisor, supporting the full lifecycle of global partners-from recruitment and onboarding to retirement.
- Coordinate the Partner Annual Business Conversation (PABC) and feedback cycle.
- Deliver partner development initiatives and support onboarding of lateral hires.
- Assist with partner promotion processes and key events like the New Partner Programme.
- Monitor and review partner benefits, working with Reward to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Manage equity partner profit-sharing arrangements in collaboration with Tax & Partnership.
- Oversee global partner relocations, ensuring consistency and a high-quality experience.
- Contribute to strategic projects and advise on policy application for partners.
- Maintain accurate partner records and collaborate with Shared Services to ensure operational excellence.
HR Advisor, Partner Affairs - What we're looking for:
- Experience in an advisory HR or talent management role within blue-chip or professional services environments (legal sector preferred) and/or experience in a legal role for those who have previously qualified as lawyers and are now looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic business side role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes and data.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial awareness, pragmatism, and a people-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and diary management.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service.
