The Role
Job title: HR Analytics & Administration Support
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)#
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Champion House - Derby
Reporting to: HR Systems & Engagement Support
What will you be getting up to?
Reporting to the HR Systems & Engagement Manager, you will work closely with the People team to drive performance through analytics and reporting alongside administrative support.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR systems and technologies, including integration, reporting and management of third party vendors.
• Manage benefit schemes, such as Restricted Share schemes, Save as you earn and holiday purchasing.
• Liaise with Payroll and third party vendors to ensure that all benefit schemes are administered correctly and deliver results to our employees.
• Assist in the organisation and facilitation of training sessions.
• Support with the creation of reports following engagement surveys.
• Support annual pay review activities by compiling and analysing salary and bonus data.
• Evaluate benefit utilisation trends and suggest improvements to employee offerings.
• Serve as subject matter expert in all things HR & L&D data.
What do we need from you?
• Commercially astute, ideally working towards CIPD level 5, however this is not essential.
• Previous experience working within a HR team within retail or service background.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes such as Outlook & Powerpoint.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in navigating HR software.
• Team player, supportive and always willing to assist.
