HR Business Partner Assistant

We’re hiring a HR Business Partner Assistant to join our Employee Experience team at Achieving for Children. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your HR experience in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

You'll work closely with our HR Business Partner to provide high-quality employee relations support across the organisation. From coaching managers to improving staff well-being, your work will directly contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is CIPD qualified or has equivalent experience
• Has experience handling employee relations matters at HR Assistant, Admin, or Officer level
• Communicates clearly and confidently with colleagues at all levels
• Has strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Has supported HR projects such as well-being initiatives
• Is familiar with HRIS systems like iTrent (or willing to learn!)
