HR Business Partner to join our team and help shape the future of our people and performance across major programmes – including the landmark Hinkley Point C (MEH Alliance).
What you'll be doing
Role
As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you’ll play a key role in delivering our people strategy and driving business success. You’ll:
- Provide expert HR support across our Hinkley Point C operations, defence portfolio, and Work Winning function.
- Collaborate with Directors and senior stakeholders to define and implement people plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development to build high-performing teams.
- Support key project bids and transitions, ensuring HR is embedded from the outset.
- Contribute to strategic programmes like “Building a High-Performing Future” within the MEH Alliance.
- Leverage the wider Balfour Beatty HR network to deliver impactful, joined-up solutions.
Who we're looking for
We’re After Someone Who Thrives In Complexity And Brings a Strong Track Record Of Influencing At Senior Levels. You’ll Need
- Proven experience in complex, matrix organisations and leading organisational change.
- A background in shaping and delivering HR strategies that drive performance and transformation.
- Strong project management skills and a solid understanding of employee relations and organisational design.
- The ability to coach, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders with confidence and emotional intelligence.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across diverse functions.
