We are looking for an experienced
HR Business Partner to join our York Factory, the home of Kit Kat, Aero, Polo and more! The role will play a key role in supporting operational leaders to deliver business performance through people. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role in a
factory environment, requiring a strong balance of commercial partnering and operational HR expertise.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with factory leadership, managers and employee representatives to provide pragmatic, solutions‑focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
