Pepper Advantage is one of the leading loan servicing companies in the UK, and we are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our affiliate company team in Skipton, North Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of HR to ensure we deliver effective and efficient customer service and management of the day-to-day HR operations. They will be accountable for the delivery of all HR activities relating to recruitment, training, employee relations, pensions, reward systems, performance management systems etc. They will work closely with department managers and leaders to provide an effective and efficient service to the business.
