This role is a newly created HR Business Partner position supporting a high-growth cluster of companies within the Built Environment division of Phenna Group, with a strong focus on end-to-end HR, talent, and change across a largely technical workforce.
Role overview
A HR Business Partner is required to support a business unit of around 400 employees across the UK within a cluster of testing, compliance, environmental and sustainability businesses in the built environment sector. This is a 360° generalist position, combining strategic partnering with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, partly regulated environment.
