About The Role
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be the trusted advisor on all things people related. From employee relations and policy guidance to leading change initiatives and embedding global HR processes, your expertise will be key to our success. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business and the wider People Team to deliver impactful solutions that support performance, development, and engagement.
About You

- Strong knowledge of employment law, including Tupe
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving,
