We’re working with a fast-growing, internationally loved consumer brand on the search for an HR Business Partner to support teams across EMEA, with a strong focus on Germany.

This role is all about impact. You’ll sit close to the business, partner with ambitious leaders, and help scale a culture that values energy, ownership, and doing things differently.

What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into

• Acting as a trusted HR partner to leaders across Germany and wider EMEA
• Owning the people agenda end-to-end: employee relations, performance, engagement, and development
• Being the in-house expert on German employment law, works councils, and local HR best practice
• Supporting growth, change, and evolution in a fast-moving environment
• Coaching leaders, building capability, and helping teams do their best work
• Collaborating with a global HR team on people initiatives that actually land

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or a scaling international business
• Fluent German and English — essential
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and employee relations
• A practical, commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge when needed
• Energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for people and culture
