HR Business Partner Director - Leading Asset Manager - 12 months Maternity Cover

Miryco Consultants is working with a leading global asset manager, looking for an HR Business Partner for a 12-month maternity cover. This will be a Director level role.

You will be responsible for guiding the business through matters of employee relations, as well as policies and procedures, and aligning the organisation’s people strategy with its business goals. You will also be responsible for facilitating and supporting a partnership between cross-functional teams.

You will be required to work in the office 4x a week.

Immediate availability preferred.

Location: London

Salary: Competitive day rate
