We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing consultancy in the utilities sector. This is a unique opportunity to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, driving people initiatives that support business growth and cultural transformation.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Lead on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business
• Support transformation programmes, embedding new systems and ways of working
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning

We are seeking someone with:

• Proven HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Background in organisational design, cultural change, or transformation
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above) preferred
• Experience within consultancy, professional services, or the utilities/infrastructure sectors would be an advantage
