Human Resources Business Partner UK&I in
Guilford,
UK with Signify.
- HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Advise management on workforce planning and operational improvements.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Build internal hiring capabilities, enhance employee retention, and develop robust succession plans.
- Operational HR Excellence: Oversee the overall employee lifecycle management.
- Labor Relations & Compliance: Maintain compliance with local labor laws and manage works council relations. Proactively address employee relations and labor disputes.
- Provide HR support to all stakeholders in the delivery of the Company strategy (Business HRBPs, Business Leaders, etc...).
More About You
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, law, psychology, counselling or business.
- 10+ years of relevant working experience as UK&I Country HR Manager, being part of a Commercial and Global organization.
- HR experience in complex matrix environments supporting and developing effective strategic relationships with multiple senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to drive performance and cultural change in a matrix organisation.
- A combination of HR experience in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, performance management, compensation & rewards, employee relations/engagement, coaching & development, talent management and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding trends and developing recommendations for action.
- Drive for results and impact. You are an independent thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, we well as emotional intelligence, who brings a positive energy.
- Passion for innovation, technology and business growth, combined with solid commercial, labor/employee relations and management experience.
