Your mission as our HR Co-ordinator - Talent Aquisition/Recruiter
You’ll be the driving force behind a smooth, professional and inspiring candidate journey at eurochange. From arranging interviews and coordinating onboarding, to supporting recruitment events and helping innovate our ways of working, you’ll be the friendly, organised, go-to person who makes it all happen. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and People Services Team Leader, while also gaining valuable exposure across HR and Payroll - building a broad, well-rounded skill set that will set you apart.
Explore How You’ll Support Our Purpose…
- Arrange interviews and coordinate feedback between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage our recruitment process in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date
- Own the onboarding process - from offers and digital checks to right-to-work verification - so every new colleague feels valued from day one
- Pre-screen and coordinate initial assessments with retail candidatesworking in partnership with Area Managers.
- Deliver a professional, proactive hiring manager experience at every stage
- Support careers fairs, open days and other talent events
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to keep all tools and resources fresh and effective
- Assist with HR admin tasks and payroll inputting, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Keep our HRIS records current for starters, leavers and contract changes
- Act as first-line support for queries into the People Services inbox, responding within agreed timeframes
- Help drive new projects and improvements that make things better, simpler, and more efficient

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (HR/Payroll exposure a bonus)
- A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease
