HR COORDINATOR

One of our clients, a dynamic and fast-paced private equity is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support their team and help shape their strategy.


THE ROLE

As the HR Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the business. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Managing approval leave process across the EA team
  • Updating Talent CRM system
  • Relationship management: Internal stakeholder management
  • Assisting with internal training programmes
  • Maintaining and updating HRIS systems and employee records
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives
  • Keeping HR documents updated
  • Assisting with recruitment coordination
  • Coordinating performance review cycles and training initiatives


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid HR foundation with experience or an interest in private equity. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator, someone proactive, detailed-oriented, and who thrives in fast-paced environment and can handle managing confidential information.
