Kiwa UK is on the lookout for an exceptional HR Director to help drive the growth and development of our dynamic, multi-site organisation. Reporting directly to the UK CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role, guiding the HR function with strategic vision, championing our people and culture, and enabling the business to thrive sustainably and profitably. - Provide strategic HR leadership, partnering with the UK CEO, the Kiwa CHRO and SLT to drive growth
- Lead a forward-thinking, commercially aligned HR function across multiple sites
- Champion a high-performance, people-centric culture rooted in empathy and accountability
- Coach and develop leaders to be inclusive, trusted, and culturally aligned role models
- Oversee transformation initiatives, embedding agility and robust change management
- Drive talent strategy, succession planning, and future-ready capability building
- Lead on employee wellbeing, inclusion, and psychological safety across the organisation
- Shape HR support during M&A activity, focusing on cultural alignment and retention
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategy, manage risk, and deliver measurable impact
Do you have what it takes?
- CIPD Level 7 qualified, or possesses equivalent experience operating at HR Director level within complex business environments
- Demonstrates extensive experience leading and developing a diverse and multi-skilled HR team
- Has a strong track record of working within a strategic HR Business Partnering model, aligning HR delivery with business goals
- Experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions, with the ability to lead HR due diligence, manage risk, and ensure cultural and organisational alignment post-integration
- Has worked in a global setting, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders across international regions
- Confident and skilled in coaching and influencing senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor at the leadership table
- Acts as a credible ambassador for the HR function, championing its value and role in delivering strategic outcomes
- Open-minded and agile, able to lead effectively through continuous change and business transformation
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and governance, ensuring best practice and legal integrity
- Brings data-driven decision-making capabilities, using analytics and insights to inform HR strategy and measure impact
- Committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture that values wellbeing, employee experience, and personal growth
- Demonstrates commercial awareness with the ability to align HR initiatives with wider business strategy and performance
- Proven experience in implementing, optimising, or managing a global HRIS/HCM, ensuring systems effectively support strategic workforce planning, data integrity, and reporting
- Strong understanding of how to leverage HRIS/ HCM platforms to drive automation, improve employee experience, and enhance decision-making through real-time analytics
