About The Role
Location:
Herefordshire based essential. Work from Home predominantly but occasional meetings are required.
Position Type
Part-Time 15-20 hours per week over set hours to be arranged.
Salary Range
£26,000-£27,500 pro-rata dependent upon knowledge and experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR, Finance, and Compliance Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across Human Resources, Finance, and Compliance departments for a number of Companies within the responsibility of the Director. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that organisational processes remain aligned with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Maintain employee records in HR systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Assist with recruitment logistics: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires.
- Support payroll and payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leave) and processing monthly journals.
- Help implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Finance Support
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursement claims.
- Assist with financial recordkeeping, data entry, and reporting.
- Reconcile transactions and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and procurement.
Compliance and Audit Support
- Assist with the implementation and attainment of ISO 9001
- Maintain compliance-related records (e.g., training logs, certifications, policy acknowledgments).
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on compliance tasks and audit requirements.
- Help prepare documentation and reports for internal/external audits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, local laws, and industry regulations.
