Job Summary
The People Partner III will play an integral role on our global People Operations team by providing employee relations and operational support for our UK-based team members, including people managers and individual contributors, and will work in close partnership with the HR business partner and other HR teammates to ensure that programs and processes delivered are aligned with business and HR’s functional strategies. This includes day-to-day tasks, including: managing events in the employee lifecycle from on-boarding through off-boarding, advising managers, and ensuring appropriate controls and compliance are in place (i.e. managing employee documents, updating internal databases, and assisting the HR Business Partners with functional HR support when needed). Additionally, this role will lead or be involved in global or regional People Operations projects.

Responsibilities
- Onboarding/offboarding - Ensure all UK starters and leavers are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Deliver onboarding orientations and execute offboarding processes for the region, ensuring smooth transitions for team members.
- Serve as the first point of contact for UK based employee questions
- Employee Relations/Employee Lifecycle -
- Stay informed about UK employment law and statutory guidance to ensure Allvue’s policies and procedures remain compliant.
- Partner with PXBP and managers to lead and support key processes such as attendance management, performance management, disciplinary actions, flexible working, family leave, etc. Design and update formal letter templates, scripts, and briefings for managers and employees, providing support for informal and formal meetings.
- Payroll - Monthly
- Partner with Finance to ensure all pay and benefits changes for starters, leavers, ad hoc changes, etc are accurately processed in the monthly pay cycle.
- Maintain starters and leavers information in benefits vendor portals (pension, medical, dental, EAP, retail benefits platforms).
- Payroll - Annual: Collaborate with Finance and UK employees to enable employees to sacrifice all or part of their annual performance bonus into their pension in line with communication and payroll processing deadlines.
- Workforce change - Partner with the People Experience Business Partners (PXBP) to design and execute processes (e.g., redundancy including selection and assessment) aligned with legal and statutory requirements, including ACAS guidelines, mitigating legal and financial risks.
- Benefits - Work with the company’s benefits broker and Head of PX to review the UK entity’s benefits and administer the annual enrolment process. Ensure the UK benefits platform (hosted by the broker) is updated annually or ad hoc based on any changes to benefit schemes offered.
- Global mobility - Serve as Administrator for Sponsorship Management System and collaborate with PXBP and third-party legal support to manage intra-company moves, such as secondments and transfers.
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience resolving complex talent and employee relations issues.
- Proven working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity initiatives, performance management, and UK employment laws and regulations.
- Comfortable maintaining employee data in HRIS, ideally ADP and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, with interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data and information.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to data integrity,
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
Education/Certifications
- Degree in related discipline preferred
