DWF are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Manager to join our leading global provider of integrated legal and business services.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Professional Services environment or will possess an understanding of the Legal industry. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complex landscape of legal personnel management while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This role will be critical in supporting us on our Transformation journey delivering on activities that underpin our Group and Divisional people plans, and in ensuring alignment across people management and organisation design activities within our Group business units and as such, you will have previous experience of organisational Change and Transformation within a large scale organisation..
Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of current HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, measuring success against defined KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR change initiatives with overall business strategy
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and managers, challenging and coaching them to develop and demonstrate effective leadership and management behaviours.
- Utilise people data to provide insights and inform decision making in your aligned area which supports the delivery of the people plan, including the management of our people risks.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
- Proven experience implementing Change within a large scale organisation
- Ideally experience within a Professional Services business or the Legal Sector would be advantageous
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Strong stakeholder management with experience of working with C-level figures
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff

- Experience working withing the Legal Sector
