HR Operations Coordinator, UK & Ireland - 14 Month Fixed Term

What you’ll do (the role)

Summary

Providing P&C Operations support to the UK P&C team and UK & ROI team members.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Monitor the dedicated P&C Operations mailbox.
• Be able to triage and prioritise team member queries and issues in an efficient way.
• Be the main point of contact for employee questions regarding P&C Operations.
• Update the P&C system (SuccessFactors) with relevant information and ensure it is always up to date and accurate.
• Administration of all new joiners’ information within the full employment lifecycle (from issuing offer letters and contracts, to setting up profiles on SuccessFactors, to P&C Welcome Calls and beyond)
• Administration of all leavers’ information, including the sending of the exit survey, and hosting exit calls if required.
• Assist with the monthly payroll, ensuring all pay-related changes are captured each month.
• Process employee reference requests and other personal letter requests.
• Maintain and organise employee files.
• Help with the administration of the Employee Benefits Package.
• Be the main point of contact with our benefits intermediary.
• Supporting with the purchase order process, for all P&C related spend globally.
• Ad hoc support with P&C projects.
• Covering other P&C Operations Partners when on annual leave.

Experience & Knowledge Required

• Experience working within a fast-paced team
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law

Skills Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently
• Excellent MS Office skills – outlook, word, excel etc.
