About the Job
Your role as an HR Ops Partner is to ensure you understand your stakeholder needs and provide the best HR service, whilst ensuring alignment to the Unipart wide HR People Strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery of the people strategy with your management teams including but not limited to; Annual HR activities (engagement surveys, performance review etc), organisational design, resource planning and partnership with employee forums. You will also be responsible for the delivery of site-based change management projects such as TUPE/Transition activities and other HR change projects as required. The role will largely be site based, with one day working from home.
