How You Will Make An Impact
You will be responsible for supporting the HR of HR UK on executing UK HR strategy. This role will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of HR-related processes and projects for the UK region and provide data-driven insights to the Head of HR, AIG UK.
- Executes HR processes and HR calendar of events (e.g., compensation review, internal mobility, employee relations, succession planning, employee development) within area(s) of responsibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement HR initiatives, developing strong relationships across the HRBP, COE, ER/legal, HR Operations and HRSS teams.
- Coordination and ongoing management of UK employment related regulatory requirements including the management of UK/Talbot HR policies.
- Management of HR projects for the UK region, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and relevant UK legal and regulatory requirements. Manage project progress, monitor risks and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare, analyse and summarise data for projects, presentations and/or reports; supporting the Head of HR, UK to recommend evidence-based solutions to the UK Leadership team.
- Support delivery of HR initiatives for the Head of International HR as required for example, administration of International and Global Personal people review material.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Strong analytical skills and expert knowledge of excel, powerpoint etc.
- Proficient in data visualisation tools (PowerBI) with the ability to produce meaningful insights
- Proven ability to plan, organise and manage projects
- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
