My client is a well-established yet forward-thinking global insurance company. Following consistent growth and recent acquisitions, the HRD is looking to build up the HR capability and is looking to hire a Reward Analyst. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and who is excited to contribute to the company's growth journey.
The preferred candidate will have 5-10 years of Reward experience, knowledgeable with benchmarking and harmonising the rewards across the different locations and to ensure a more streamlined approach. Payroll sits with finance so you will have close interaction with them, as well as the broader HR team and you will be working for an HR Director who is commercially savvy, intelligent, and approachable. Ideally you will have worked within the Insurance or Financial/Professional Services sectors.
