The Complex HR Team in Workforce and Organisational Development are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic administrator to become a key member of their team.
The principle requirement of this role will be to provide and deliver highly efficient, professional and confidential support to the Complex Human Resources (HR) Team.
You will need to possess excellent organisational and persuasive skills as you will be a key player in arranging and co-ordinating a large number of meetings, securing key participants and preparing documentation.
You will also be responsible for providing reports relating to the HR activity undertaken on a monthly basis.
In addition, there will also be a requirement for you to support meetings / hearings where you will be required to take and transcribe minutes when required.
