HR Technology Project Manager (Service Now Onboarding)
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP 1 day per week – Hybrid working
Full Time - 37.5 hours
Contract type: 12 months fixed term contract
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE and excellent benefits

As an HR Project Manager you will be spearheading our transition to use Service Now for employee onboarding. This is an exciting project, that will continue to transform the digital experience of employees joining Bupa for years to come.
You will be responsible for delivering the end to end project through proactively driving it forwards. While you might sit with our People Function, you will bring together stakeholder groups from across the business to ensure the delivery of this project. You will also make sure that senior stakeholders are kept informed and the overall project runs to time and budget.
How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
- Manage the delivery of the Service Now Onboarding project, ensuring the project is well planned, resourced and delivered within agreed timelines
- Work with subject matter experts to define project terms of reference, including resource effort and implementation costs
- Lead cross-functional project team, working in partnership with a network of application owners, technical and functionals SMES and other partners across Bupas internal Technology and functional teams.
- Manage relationships with third party development partners (internal and external) when working to implement or change digital technologies
- Lead the project team to ensure solutions are implemented which reflect business requirements and deliver intended results, keeping stakeholders engaged to a high degree. Landing the digital vision is key.

- Embed a suitable and effective project delivery approach, using best practice project management artifacts and procedures to embed governance, rigour and structure to the project
- Report to executive sponsors, via project steering committee in a concise and relevant manner
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role
- Experience in HR technical project management at a senior level essential
- Knowledge and experience working with the Service Now platform is desirable
- Experience of people (HR) processes within the technology change environment is desirable
- Able to effectively prioritise tasks in order to meet pre agreed timescales, deadlines and budget
- Ability to manage a budget, providing cost estimates to the business & contracting with third party organisations
- Stakeholder management – can build partnerships with key stakeholders by communicating effectively, influencing and providing a high level of support
- Ability to proactively identify grey areas or areas of indecision/risk and manage removal/reduction/acceptance to land an agreed outcome
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and effective leadership through periods of project pressure
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills
