As a
HRSD Systems Administrator, you will manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. This critical position supports our mission to deliver high-quality employee services at scale, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
This role will be based out of our
Warwick office, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.
What You’ll Do
- Solution Development: Support the Product Owner in developing solutions to system challenges, collecting user requirements, and engaging with the SAP SuccessFactors community to stay updated on leading practices.
- System Administration: Administer and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and Onboarding/Offboarding.
- Testing Coordination: Execute and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing for system changes and defect fixes.
- Platform Maintenance: Maintain platform health through upgrades, patching, cloning, data integrity checks, and performance monitoring.
- Workflow Development: Develop and enhance HR workflows, catalogue items, UI policies, business rules, notifications, and reports.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and security stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with global data privacy, security, and governance standards.
- End-User Support: Provide end-user support, training materials, and documentation for global HR teams.
- Roadmap Collaboration: Collaborate on the ServiceNow roadmap, suggesting innovations and improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Action administrative continuous improvements and changes within the HRSD module.roll services and be the lead interface with the offshore team to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of the payroll.
What You’ll Have
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (CIS HR) is highly desirable.
- Experience: Significant experience in ServiceNow system administration, particularly with the HRSD module, and a background in HR Operations focusing on employee lifecycle management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Experience working collaboratively to solve complex problems in an agile environment, with awareness of both UK and US legislations.
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and project management skills, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures in a global matrixed organisation.

What You'll Get
Up to £54,000 per annum - dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
