About The Role

We are recruiting for a HSE Administrator to work at our state-of-the-art factory in Barton. The candidate will work 5 days per week from Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and database management
  • Ensure all accident, incident and near miss records are kept up to date
  • Ensure site notice boards are reviewed and updated
  • Take charge of the master tracker
  • Oversee HSE email account
  • General photocopying, scanning and filing
  • Other general duties may be required

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Candidates must be proficient in Word and Excel and have good computer skills and an overall ‘can do’ attitude
  • General health and safety knowledge is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
