This is a full-time on-site role for an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Business Partner located in Bristol. The HSE Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental strategies. Tasks include monitoring compliance with HSE regulations, conducting risk assessments, and providing HSE training and support to employees. The role also involves working closely with different departments to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing HSE strategies
- Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in safety management systems, incident investigation, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are a plus
