Job Summary:

Assist and coordinate reporting and executive communication duties related to HSE, Facilities and Sustainability for America, Europe and Africa regions

Responsibilities and Duties:

Digital Templates creation for HSE and Facilities reports and presentations

HSE and Facilities Monthly and quarterly performance reports structure

Periodical trend analysis of objectives and results - Manual foundation towards AI tools

Executive Communication plan, cadence, creation and implementation along Branding and Corporate guidelines

Safety Engagement Program and Campaigns rationale, design and communication

Message creation for key executive stakeholders on HSE, Safety and Sustainability Plans

Learning outcome is mainly executive reporting and communications, and main topics related to Safety, Infrastructure and Sustainability

Essential Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed bachelor’s in communication studies, business information system, digital communication and technology, International Business, or related field.
• Office 365 apps and tools and Microsoft Office platform
• Messaging and communication tools knowledge
• Others related to AI and supporting knowledge for the position

Preferred Skills:

Microsoft Office
