This Position reports to:
Regional Digital Lead
Your Main Responsibilities
- Implement and define ABB’s digital sales strategy throughout Northern Europe, guiding revenue growth and market expansion
- Coach and empower local sales teams to meet and fulfill sales targets, while promoting a culture of continuous development and inclusion
- Anticipate performance challenges early and apply data-driven insights and corrective actions in advance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and internal teams across functions and countries
- Oversee pricing and contracting processes with attention to risk, profitability, and compliance (including cybersecurity and HSE)
- Act on customer feedback, manage key account negotiations, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer experience
What You Bring
- Extensive experience leading complex sales organizations in a digital B2B or industrial environment
- A collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style with experience managing remote teams across borders
- Extensive commercial acumen and experience with pricing, contracting, and customer success metrics
- Commitment to building inclusive, engaged teams that embody ABB’s values: Care, Courage, Curiosity, and Collaboration
- Solid understanding of risk management in sales (contractual, financial, compliance, cybersecurity)
- Fluency in English
- Additional Northern European language skills would be considered as plus
