🚀 About the Role
As our HR Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily HR operations. From recruitment coordination and onboarding to records management and training support, you'll be the backbone of our HR function. You’ll work closely with teams across the business and directly support the HR Division in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Advertise job vacancies and screen CVs
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packs
- Schedule and support induction processes
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records (digital & physical)
- Track key HR milestones like probation and contract renewals
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Process changes in employee status and liaise with Payroll accordingly
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR practices
- Assist with documentation for audits (HSE, labor law, etc.)
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Training & Development
- Coordinate technical and safety training for office and site staff
- Maintain training and certification records
- Schedule performance reviews and feedback sessions
HR Support & Culture
- Respond to employee queries regarding policies and procedures
- Support HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture and engagement
- Assist with internal HR communications
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: CIPD Level 3 or higher (or equivalent HR studies)
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar HR role
- Languages: Fluency in English
- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
