Hiring for HR Advisor

Location: Broughton | Predominantly Onsite

Our client is seeking an HR Advisor to support their HR Business Partners in delivering consistent, high-quality HR services aligned with local legislation and global HR strategy. This is a hands-on, site-based role with occasional flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Support HR Business Partners with the deployment of HR campaigns and initiatives
Act as the focal point for Workday (mypulse) and SAP, supporting transactional HR activities
Maintain and update HR systems across the full employee lifecycle, from hire to retire
Prepare and coordinate HR reviews, ensuring accurate and timely inputs from managers
Analyse HR data (headcount, absenteeism, bonuses, salary reviews) to drive continuous improvement
Identify and flag HR risks using data-driven insights
Support Talent Management and wellbeing initiatives, including succession planning and development paths

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in HR (e.g. HR operations, analytics, payroll, recruitment, learning or HR legal)
Strong IT and data analytics capability with advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of HR policies, processes and systems
Proactive, autonomous and adaptable approach
Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused mindset with the confidence to influence and advise
