This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
You’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, including:
• Employee relations and manager support
• Onboarding and induction
• TUPE transfers
• Recruitment and HR systems
• Line manager training
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
✔ 2–3 years’ HR generalist experience
✔ A confident communicator who builds strong relationships
✔ Comfortable supporting multiple sites
