HR Analyst – EMEA

Location: London | Hybrid

An established U.S. investment bank is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Analyst to support its EMEA HR Business Partnering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your HR experience in a fast-paced, global financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to employee HR queries across the EMEA region
• Support recruitment processes with compensation guidance and documentation
• Liaise with Payroll, Benefits, and Legal teams
• Assist with performance review and compensation cycles
• Run and analyse HR reports and contribute to data-driven initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of HR or related experience
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Confident communicator with a problem-solving approach
• Degree-educated or equivalent experience
