Human Resources Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support our HR team with day today people administration, data management, and reporting using BreatheHR. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a solid HR career in a hands-on, supportive environment. 

What you’ll do 

• Maintain accurate employee records in BreatheHR across the employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, leavers). 
• Support HR administration, including contracts, letters, and HR documentation. 
• Manage absence, holiday, and employee data within BreatheHR. 
• Produce basic HR reports (headcount, absence, turnover) for the HR team. 
• Support compliance with UK GDPR and confidentiality standards. 
• Act as a first point of contact for HR system and process queries. 
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements. 

What we’re looking for 

• Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or People Support

Nice to have 

• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it). 
• Experience supporting absence or HR reporting.
