Essential Requirements
HR Expertise & Analytics You'll bring comprehensive HR knowledge spanning talent acquisition, performance management, and organisational development, with proven experience implementing HR strategies that drive business results. Strong proficiency in HR analytics is essential, including the ability to interpret workforce data, create compelling reports for leadership, and use predictive analytics to inform strategic decisions.
Employment Law & Compliance Deep knowledge of UK employment legislation, TUPE regulations, and best practice in employee relations is crucial, along with experience managing Employment Tribunals and complex legal cases. You'll have extensive experience developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring organisational compliance across all areas, and creating effective monitoring systems to maintain standards.
Industry Knowledge & Commercial Focus Understanding of the aviation/ground handling industry landscape is vital, including operational challenges, safety requirements, and unique workforce dynamics. You'll demonstrate commercial acumen with the ability to balance people priorities with business objectives whilst staying current with market trends and competitor practices.
Leadership & Team Management Proven track record of managing a high-performing HR team, with strong coaching skills and experience delivering measurable results. You'll excel at change management, building collaborative relationships across all organizational levels, and developing team capabilities while maintaining accountability and driving continuous improvement.
